What Activity shows
Activity lists captured changes for the connected base. In this example, the Deliverables history includes Launch campaign moving from Internal review back to Client review. Filter by table or activity type when a large history needs narrowing; status changes are recorded as record updates.
Activity details preserve the changed field, previous value, new value, activity time, and source label. When available, an Airtable record, table, or field link lets you compare the captured change with the source workspace.
Source labels reflect the information Airtable provides and may not always identify a specific collaborator.
Interpret results in context
Orloi works from the activity captured within your selected scope. When a result matters, check its time range and supporting activity. A connection or processing warning can make the newest period incomplete.

If the expected item is not visible, confirm the table and activity-type filters and load more history. Activity only shows changes captured for the selected scope after activation; see the capture boundaries in Architecture and stored data for the technical limits.
