Orloi processes selected Airtable activity to generate changelog and analysis data. Durable changelog storage lives in your Postgres database. Orloi-managed systems retain only the metadata, encrypted credentials, logs, and operational records needed to run the service.
Sensitive integration credentials are encrypted at rest. Airtable webhooks are verified before processing.
Orloi is hosted in the EU and follows GDPR compliance practices. Subprocessors are vetted, either hosted in the EU or covered by frameworks such as DPF and SCC.
AI runs only when enabled. Personal details are pseudonymized before selected AI processing paths.
DPA, architecture notes, data-flow summaries, subprocessors, and security questionnaire responses are available during vendor review.
